City of Leduc parking ban!

Parking Ban in effect ⬇️

Phase 1 Parking Ban will be in effect at 7 am on Thursday, December 19.

Please remove vehicles from arterial roads, collector roads and bus routes to avoid fines.

Reminder, you can continue to park vehicles on residential streets. You may also park on any roads once clearing is completed if parking is allowed there normally.

A snowfall warning is in effect for Edmonton and area. 15-25 cm of snow is expected to fall Saturday. If you have to be out on the road, please follow these simple rules to make your commute safer.

Give yourself extra time to get where you are going.
Clear the snow from your windshield.
Leave plenty of distance between vehicles.
Drive defensively.

If you are involved in a collision, it must be reported to the Collision Reporting Centre. You can start your report online and finish it at the CRC. Visit their website: accsupport.com/locations/Edmonton.

Edmonton and all surrounding areas.

EPCOR has issued a mandatory ban on non-essential water use for Edmonton and surrounding areas due to a failure in the distribution pumping system at one of our water treatment plants. The water is safe to drink. Laundromats and car washes are included in this mandatory ban.

Customers are asked to do their part to conserve water by taking short showers instead of baths, postponing laundry and dishwasher use, and turning off the tap while brushing your teeth or shaving. Every drop helps! Information will be updated on epcor.com.
