Buying brand new doesn’t mean you should go it alone.
One of the biggest misconceptions I hear is, “I don’t need a realtor if I’m buying from a builder.”
The reality is that the builder’s sales team represents the builder. Having your own realtor means having someone in your corner to help you compare options, explain contracts, review upgrade costs, discuss resale value, and guide you through the entire process.
I’ve helped clients navigate everything from choosing the right community and floor plan to understanding what’s worth upgrading and what can wait until after possession.
