Let Our Family Look After Yours

Sam Ireland is a born and bred Albertan with a passion for people and a taste for business. Growing up in Medicine Hat and towns all over central Alberta, his education and sense of belonging was hewn here, and his roots run deep. Sam was a good student, but his business acumen emerged before his facial hair! At only 17 years old, he completed a questionnaire for R

ealty World in Fort Saskatchewan (at the suggestion of a REALTOR® friend). The results were amazing, even though the time wasn’t right. After his second year at Grant MacEwan College (now MacEwan University), Sam jumped ship to run aboard with the family business (his family owned two paint stores). There he managed the city location for a number of years and took on construction and painting jobs that caught his interest. Sam’s final experience before deciding to get his REALTORS® licence put the final mark on his passion for real estate. When buying their first home in 2003, he hired a family friend, and Sam jumped in, learning the ropes and getting the information, listings info and documents on his own. Even the licenced family friend had to suggest that Sam give real estate a go. Since he already had somewhat trained himself, Sam dove into professional certification. Needless to say, once his training was complete he went on to do 12 sales in 16 weeks. Sam Ireland Lifestyle Real estate was clearly a perfect fit for Sam. Living on an acreage in Sturgeon County (and with the family farmstead being located in Strathcona County) Sam keeps a special place in his heart for those counties. His work takes him to these places, as well as Sherwood Park, Fort Saskatchewan and the mature neighbourhoods in the northeast and the lower east side of Edmonton. His experience and versatility make him an excellent choice for people looking for a home anywhere in central Alberta. In whatever community you look, Sam has likely been there helping people. Sam’s been in Realty Executives’ 100% Club and Top 10% Club since his first year in real estate. He’s got a reputation for having tight paperwork (which is a great way to get popular with vendors), but it’s when you work with him that the magic happens. Sam’s infectious enthusiasm and passion for helping people is strengthened by his unwavering positivity. He finds solutions that reduce the competitive nature of the business, seeking win/win scenarios that build lifelong relationships with clients, other REALTORS® and communities. From helping families into their first home to creating multiple offers and selling a client’s home for more than they imagined to helping the elderly couple in the home they built find another family who want to build a new history, Sam Ireland is happy and ready to help you.

My experience at Loca was always fantastic.

Sad day today, they employed alot of Edmontonians that showed they loved the Loca family.

Super helpful staff, highest quality product. Best eggs in the city, and a fabulous collection of meats, cheeses, olives and other goods.

Great collection of dry pastas and sauces you only find there and sometimes at Italian centre shops.

The 142 st location also fills a real need for a neighborhood quality grocery store, I loved it remained an old IGA for so long too.

And their Gelato station and fresh made sandwiches have been a staple when we drive by on the way to the Zoo area dog park.

Yes alot of their goods were higher priced. However, it's was beautiful and clean and I was much happier shopping there than a grubby Walmart or a tired and dated Superstore full of manhandled groceries.

I'll spend more for clean, quality and exceptional service, just like hiring a high quality, full service Realtor.

Sad day today. I will miss you Loca.

How can we, as loyal customers, contribute to the longevity of our Yeg Patio season?

There are so many amazing spots I am sure we don't wish to lose over the City of Edmonton - Local Government requiring funds.

Perhaps a modest patio enhancement fee/cover charge or donation box could help our local eateries continue to flourish?

I need the gym appointment or I find something else to do.

I've been working out with a personal trainer 3 mornings a week for over 12 years now.

Feeling obligated to show up for a fellow small business person, I've been consistent.

Food is also my nemesis, so we just make sure I can eat "with moderation" what I want.

Cutting back a TON on alcohol was the Eureka.

I went from 245 to 190 lbs. I am now holding consistently 199-208 fluctuating with holidays lol...

At weeks from 53 I'm in better shape than when I was in my 30s and 40s

Do I "NEED" a trainer standing there and spotting me etc anymore? Nah, I know what to do during a workout.

Do I "NEED" my reason to show up? Absolutely.

And his family just bought one of my listings, so really I'm basically working out for free now.

And he has referred me a ton over the years

And I, Him

Are you dealing with inflated City of Edmonton assessments like we are?

Our property's maximum estimated value is $650,000, but the City of Edmonton - Local Government assessed us at a whopping $809,000...

A neighbor just received a $52,500 valuation reduction after I provided them a neighborhood property assessment.

If you or someone you know needs help with an assessment, I'd be happy to assist.

Human judgment and expertise are essential in ensuring accurate assessments, beyond just relying on AI and algorithms.
