Builder incentives, pricing strategies, payment structures, architectural controls, warranties, and timelines vary widely — and many buyers don’t realize the risks until they’re already committed. Most agents don’t fully understand these details. I work closely with builders and have deep insight into how their sales teams operate, how pricing and incentives actually work, and where buyers can unknowingly overpay or miss important protections. My role is to educate, advocate, and protect, so my clients can make informed decisions with confidence. As a solo agent, I stay personally involved in every step of the process. There’s no handoff to assistants or team members — you work directly with me from your first conversation through possession. Clients appreciate my hands-on approach, clear communication, and strong advocacy, especially when navigating quick possession opportunities or building from the ground up.
