We had an exciting day at Ritchie Mill! 🎉

102.3 Now! Radio stopped by in their fun Trucksicle, handing out delicious popsicles to our Tenants. It was a perfect way to beat the heat and bring some extra joy to our building.

Ritchie Mill steps into the spotlight... a movie spotlight that is! 🎬

This holiday season, Northern Gateway Films is bringing a touch of Hollywood to Alberta, with Ritchie Mill as one of the prime locations for the upcoming TV release "Christmas in Alaska," slated for winter 2024.

Embracing the festive vibe, a section of Ritchie Mill was magically transformed into a winter wonderland, bustling with a dedicated production crew of 60 individuals who infused the space with holiday cheer. The Ritchie Mill parking lot had also undergone a makeover, serving as a hub for production trailers and vehicle parking for the cast, background actors, volunteers, and staff involved in bringing this enchanting tale to life on screen.

For us here at Ritchie Mill, this isn't just about lights, camera, action – it's about showcasing Alberta's thriving film industry and the incredible talent right here at home. Creating jobs, fostering creativity, and putting Alberta on the Hollywood map – that's what it's all about. Let's shine a spotlight on the beauty of our province and the magic of storytelling this holiday season.

The fourth floor enclosure is now complete!

A huge thank you to Atkinson Construction for designing and managing the project.

To keep with our current airy flow of the fourth floor, we installed glass ceilings on nine of the open ceiling offices, which now provides maximum privacy throughout.

This glass enclosure also offers plenty of natural light to come through from the large skylight.
