Hey there Edmonton!

Here are the housing results for the Edmonton area for October 2019.

We had an increase of homes sold in 2019 vs 2018 of 8.10%, at the same time we are seeing a decrease of the amount of inventory of homes available to purchase by -9.26%. This is good news for the sellers out there. There are less homes on the market for you compete against and the average selling price went up from last month.
