As of posting this, I would say 90% of home inspectors offer Sewer Scoping services. Something that even 4 years ago was rare has become common practice. This is a major deal killer because a new sewer line can cost $20,000.

Bursting a Sewer line costs a third of the price and takes one day. It's vital your Realtor knows about this service, as you may be missing a chance to save your deal. Sellers aren't likely to fork over the money for a sewer line replacement and Buyers don't want to take possession of a house with a ripped up front or back yard. This non-invasive service is fast, cheap and worth negotiating!
