🚧 May Construction Updates at ATB Place

As the redevelopment continues to move forward, here's what tenants should know this month:

- Main Floor North Entrance: New hoarding is being installed next to the black tile wall in the north entrance lobby to support work on the new front entrance. No access points will be closed.

- South Tower Washrooms: The washrooms located behind the elevator banks are now closed as construction begins on the new conference centre.

- Conference Centre & Entrance Vestibule: Hoarding will be installed near the security desk and around the exit doors next to the security office. Exterior access will be maintained throughout.

- Parkade: Select stalls will be temporarily closed for short periods due to ongoing electrical and plumbing work. Impacted reserved stall holders will be contacted directly.

- Food Court: The food court has closed as part of the redevelopment program. Tenants can continue to enjoy the Cubbi program, including the Grab n Go option and the Super Fridge available in the tenant lounge.

We're committed to keeping you informed and minimizing disruption as we build the future of ATB Place.
