A project we’re especially proud to be part of.
With servicing now complete and The Grove at Schonsee sold out, we’re taking a moment to recognize what made this project particularly meaningful to the Amrik team.
The Grove at Schonsee will bring together residential homes, mixed-use development and a neighbourhood commercial plaza, creating a community designed for the people who will live, work and gather here.
Amrik worked closely with City of Edmonton Councillors and administration, MAC Islamic School, and Situate Inc., whose collaboration, hard work and commitment helped bring this project together.
One of the outcomes we’re most proud of is the preservation of the Inglewood lands as dedicated green space. By donating the lands to the City of Edmonton, they will remain green space for the school, the neighbourhood and the broader community to enjoy for generations to come.
This one hits a little differently for us. Development is about more than land and homes — it’s about people, community, and finding ways to leave something meaningful behind.
This outcome took collaboration, creativity and a genuine commitment from everyone involved. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who came together to make it possible, and deeply proud that Amrik had the opportunity to play a part.
