A proud moment supporting the next generation of builders

Today, we had the chance to celebrate some of the Grade 10 students from the Greater St. Albert Catholic Schools, as they completed their time in the Building Futures program. Throughout the program, students worked alongside staff and trade partners of both Impact and Coventry Homes to build two homes. From foundation to finishing, they saw firsthand the coordination, craftsmanship, and care that goes into every build, all while continuing to balance their classroom learning.

We are always proud to support opportunities that connect learning with real-world experience. Programs like Building Futures through the Build Alberta Apprenticeships Foundation help open doors, build confidence, and spark interest in the skilled trades that shape our communities.

On Friday, we welcomed the Building Futures students from Greater St. Albert Catholic Schools to our office for a closer look at the homebuilding industry. 🏡

Students had the opportunity to meet with members of our construction, drafting, design, estimating, and sales teams to learn more about the different roles involved in bringing a home from concept to completion.

It was great to connect with a group that is already gaining hands-on experience in the industry and learning valuable skills through the Building Futures program. Thanks for spending the day with us!
