Every Condo Corporation has its own bylaws and rules:
➡️ Some say YES to window units
➡️ Others say NO or have specific dos and don’ts
➡️ Most need Board approval before anything gets installed

📞 A quick call to your condo manager now could save you $$ later (no one wants to uninstall a brand-new A/C!)

When the Oilers are in the playoffs… even the condo boards gets puck-struck!

Tonight's board meetings will be over faster than a McDavid breakaway:

Landscaping quotes? “Let’s circle back later.”

Security concerns? “We’ll table it for next time.”

Date of next meeting? “After the playoffs. Obviously.”

Because when it’s puck drop vs. paperwork… the Oilers win every time.

Hats off to our multitasking boards—keeping the building (mostly) running and the playoff hopes alive!

It’s that time of year again… 🌻
The grass is greener, the flowers are blooming—and the cracks in the stucco are saying hello like old friends.

Spring walkabouts are in full swing at Bridgegate, where inspections double as detective work and dead bushes raise existential questions.

We may not name every crack, but we’re always watching.
