For awhile now, I've known that I wanted to help New Agents find their footing within the industry from someone who was also once a new agent (more than once) that did not have the support I needed when I first started out years ago, even when I switched markets.

Getting to be a producing agent, you cannot skip the steps to try to "get rich quick", you need start with the foundation, which is ourselves. Our MINDSET! Before you can get to the tools of the trade, you need to understand why you're here first and discover your strengths and weaknesses.

I'm happy to be able to share my experiences with you and what got me from 0 transactions and $0 dollars to becoming a Top Producing agent within my team and 98% referral business within months of moving back to Edmonton, and how I gained all my clients back after moving away to another province for 2 years. All while staying true and authentic to who I am.

Becoming a Top Producing Agent means to take risks and doing things other agents won't do. I'm walking proof that you don't have to lose yourself to do so.

A previous buyer client of mine from 2021 became a seller client this year. I had moved away, changed my phone number and they still found a way to track me down to sell off one of their investment properties. This just goes to show how excellent client service can leave a lasting impact.
