A few numbers that stood out this month:

• Winnipeg detached average price: $495,864 (+4%)
• Detached sales: down 4%
• Outside Winnipeg sales: down 9%
• Condo inventory in Winnipeg: up 19%

The mistake right now is assuming all markets are moving the same way.
