This adventure started when I received a DM through Instagram with an inquiry regarding a pre-construction project. After some discussion on the project, we further discussed whether there was an opportunity to purchase a resale condo within her budget, which would allow her to move sooner into a property that is already built.

I assembled a curated list of 23 properties according to her criteria and which I thought would be a good fit. Out of those we short-listed 6 properties to view that same weekend. After a few weeks of persistence, dedication and a bit of luck, we came across this gem. Located literally beside the Old Mill subway station and overlooking Humber River in the prestigious Kingsway South neighbourhood, was The Terraces of Old Mill condos.

My client loved the property and the surrounding neighbourhood. It was a great fit for her and aligned with her lifestyle - this got me determined to do my best so this would be a place she can call home. We submitted our offer, but unfortunately it was not accepted. However, I remained determined and kept in touch with the agent continuously and developed a great working relationship.

I stayed updated regularly on this property and IT PAID OFF! Our persistence and genuine interest led us to re-submit an offer. This time around, I was thrilled to tell my client that the seller accepted her offer and that she will soon call this unique and lovely condo her first home! πŸŽ‰πŸ‘

Each offer we submitted was guided by a logical decision making process and I am thrilled to help my buyer secure her first home and a place which she will proudly call home for years to come. Congratulations! πŸŽ‰

We started our search broadly across the GTA West, looking at properties in Oakville, Milton, Etobicoke, Brampton and Mississauga. After a few weeks viewing various properties and areas, we narrowed down preferred regions and neighbourhoods. Our search lead us to a property in Mississauga which was situated close to Highway 403, close to groceries, restaurants and malls. In short, this property was simply a great fit for my clients and a lovely place to call home!
