The hot springs are a highlight of a Fairmont getaway in every season, but there’s something extra cosy about a fall soak. 🍂🏊 After a day exploring the autumn colours, settle into the warm waters and let the day slow down.

Have you ever seen the Kokanee salmon run? This time of year, the Columbia Valley’s rivers come alive with bright red salmon making their annual journey. It’s pretty amazing to see in person!

🐟 Spruce Grove Campground in Fairmont Hot Springs, along the river
🐟 Columbia Lake Provincial Park
🐟 From a paddleboard on the Columbia River for a view from above
🐟 Brisco Falls, where you can spot salmon near the trailhead and take a short hike to the waterfall
