Unfortunately this post will surely break a few hearts as this listing was incredibly hot. Just 24 hours on market, we were presented with multiple offers. With more knocking down the door over the last 16 days until she firmed up.

So grateful to my wonderful sellers who knew how to hustle along side me, to get their dream of buying and selling done in less than 3 weeks!

You can’t go wrong picking a community in Fernie. Everyone in here truly loves their own community. Those who live in the Annex love, the Annex. Those who live in the Airport love the Airport. Those who are Downtown love Downtown. And those who live in Alpine Trails love Alpine Trails….myself included! 💛

Alpine Trails is a little forgotten about community that is on the edge of town, but within minutes to trails, the Elk River, Fairy Creek Falls, grocery store, brewery, hardware stores, and schools!

Peaceful rainy back yard mornings like this are my fave in Alpine Trails. And the song birds are beautiful. ✨
