✨Sold✨ A little bittersweet on this one! This vacation home has officially sold, and while there’s always a little sadness in saying goodbye to a place you’ve enjoyed, sometimes it’s time to just move on. 💛

Congratulations to my sellers, and thank you for trusting me to get this one across the finish line. 🥂 I’m excited to see what your next venture will be!

How lucky is this real estate gal?

Last week, just as I was to hit the road to meet my family out camping, I had a special delivery from a very special client. Quite possibly the most beautiful bouquet of flowers that I’ve ever seen.✨ But what was a gal to do when she was heading out of town? Buckle up her flowers in the passenger seat next to her and take them camping too! It was quite the conversation piece and the bumblebees really loved their special treat.

I highly recommend fresh cut flowers on a camping table next to the lake. 🤩

Thank you The Green Petal for this beautiful arrangement.

Another beauty SOLD!✨

It’s easy to see the ending, but every sale has quite literally a hundred little moments that make it happen, and this one was no exception.

The conversations, the strategy, the showings, the negotiations, the waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and finally, the excitement of seeing everything come together! 🤩

Congratulations to my wonderful clients on a very successful purchase of their new home, and cheers to the exciting new chapter ahead! 💛

Unfortunately this post will surely break a few hearts as this listing was incredibly hot. Just 24 hours on market, we were presented with multiple offers. With more knocking down the door over the last 16 days until she firmed up.

So grateful to my wonderful sellers who knew how to hustle along side me, to get their dream of buying and selling done in less than 3 weeks!

Time to start packing! 💛
