There’s nothing better than walking through the door of your new home!

Years ago, I bought my first home without the help of an agent. I thought it would be fine, but sadly, I learned the importance of representation the hard way. Unfortunately, the sellers took items they shouldn’t have and left me with an environmental issue to deal with.
