We are hitting a huge milestone today at The Fold on Emmett as we say goodbye to our faithful construction site porta-potty.

Landscaping is one of the final pieces of a project, and sometimes one of the most challenging.

You want to see the vision exactly as you imagined it, but plants need to start small. They need time to establish their roots, adapt to the soil and their new environment, and then grow and flourish over the years.

Like many things in life, creating a beautiful landscape is a process. It doesn't happen overnight, and patience is required. With time, care, and a little help from nature, the vision gradually becomes reality.

We look forward to watching the landscaping at The Fold on Emmett mature and grow, adding beauty and character to the community for years to come.

The Town of Pelham has checked all the required boxes for project completion, and today we officially received our Occupancy Permits.

This is an exciting milestone for The Fold on Emmett. Receiving occupancy means the finish line is now in sight and our residents can begin moving into their new homes.

What started as a vision has become a reality through the hard work, dedication, and support of so many people along the way. We are incredibly proud of what has been created and grateful to everyone who helped make it possible.

As we enter this final chapter of construction, we look forward to welcoming our residents and watching this new community come to life.
