• Local radio – Mix 103.7, Rock 97.9, Country 93.3

We strongly encourage you to:
• Check updates regularly
• Review your emergency plan
• Prepare a grab-and-go kit
• Ensure vehicles can be moved quickly
• Follow any evacuation orders immediately

Avoid unofficial sources, as misinformation can spread quickly.

The province has issued an Ice Jam Watch for Fort McMurray. An ice jam has formed upstream south of town.

The ice remains intact in town at this time but river conditions may change with little warning. Stay away from riverbanks and stay informed.

Provincial river forecasters are surveying the river from the air this morning. Regular river breakup community updates with more information are available at rmwb.ca/riverbreakup.

There are no evacuation alerts in effect. Please follow trusted sources of information.
