Fort McMurray Housing Statistics for May.
Fort McMurray had a total of 135 sales & 222 new listings resulting in a total inventory of 357 properties & 2.64 months-of-supply (down 38% year-to-year). Housing supply is considered a sellers market (especially detached homes North of the bridge)! In May, the majority of sales occurred in the detached category (94) followed by apartments (23). The total residential average sale price in May was $432,213 which is a 9.4% increase from year-to-year.
