What is better on Christmas Eve with -30 degree temperatures and having a fire alarm?

ANYTHING.

We have said before, do not open the hall doors if you burn your lunch. Not sure how many times we have to remind people about this. Open the windows and patio door. There is no place for the smoke to go in the hall.

We will be starting the window and door project on the 200 building April 21, 2025. There will be parking spot relocation happening, visitor parking area will be reduced.
Driveway will be reduced for equipment.
Drive carefully and respect parking and worker's.
Later this summer we will also be replace the shingle roofs. More details will follow.

2024 RENOVATIONS
1.) Starting June 3, 2024, we will be replacing the windows and patio doors in 20 units facing Richard Street in the 100 building.
The staging and storage area will be in the parking area along the end of the 100 building. PLEASE drive with care.

2.) Starting June 3, 2024, we will be cleaning the dryer vents, eve trough cleaning, and repairs around the chimneys of both buildings.

3.) Once item 2 is completed we will continue with the exterior building painting.

4.) Visitor parking area will be limited and restricted, priority will be given to residents who are being displaced during the renovations.

5.) Thank you for your cooperation and patience during these times.
6.) All units affected have been notified.

Just a reminder, we are performing suite fire safety inspections this week and next week. Notices have been posted.
We are Checking smoke detectors and sprinklers in every room. It has been a few years since this has been completed.

So far, with only 2 floors being completed, we have identified 34 sprinklers heads to be replaced and 19 smoke detectors that have been tampered with, no batteries or just removed and or expired.

These are all in place to protect you.
We certainly hope this trend gets better as we move along with the inspection.

The so-called "Facebook Support Group" Meta, is notorious today for threatening to permanently delete my business accounts. At least 10 times so far today. Only being sent through Messenger for violating trademark rights, but they are not violating me, hahaha. Bunch of morons (not sure if I can say that)
