Patio Door and Window Replacement Project – 200 Building

This is a reminder that we will be starting another phase of the window and patio door replacement project in the 200 Building on Monday, June 1, 2026.

During this work, affected resident parking stalls will be temporarily relocated to the visitor parking area. Unfortunately, this means there will be no visitor parking spaces available during this phase of the project.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation while this important building improvement work is being completed.

What is better on Christmas Eve with -30 degree temperatures and having a fire alarm?

ANYTHING.

We have said before, do not open the hall doors if you burn your lunch. Not sure how many times we have to remind people about this. Open the windows and patio door. There is no place for the smoke to go in the hall.

Don't forget the 2025 AGM is November 12 Wednesday night at 7pm. Lines open at 6:30 pm.

We will be starting the window and door project on the 200 building April 21, 2025. There will be parking spot relocation happening, visitor parking area will be reduced.
Driveway will be reduced for equipment.
Drive carefully and respect parking and worker's.
Later this summer we will also be replace the shingle roofs. More details will follow.
