They aren’t all easy sales! Sometimes it’s a matter of marketing and patience for that one buyer to come along who says “I want THIS!” We had 3 offers total on this one and 7 months of waiting for the right buyer. In the end, I was able to find the buyer myself and my clients saved a little $$$ as a result too! Win / Win / Win and that’s how I like it! Shoutout to my clients for holding onto hope - this Anzac condo is officially switching hands today 😊

Being a business owner is one of my favourite roles, but being a Mom will always be #1 🩵

Today my little sidekick turned 9.

If you know him, you know he’s obsessed with anything spooky. Halloween isn’t a day of the year in our house… it’s a personality trait 😂 So when I found out Spirit Halloween was opening on his birthday, I knew we had to make it happen.

A huge thank you to Bill & Wendy Rockwell at Spirit Halloween for helping make his birthday one he’ll remember for a lifetime. It’s moments like this that remind me why I love supporting local businesses. Behind every business are real people who care, and that’s something I’ll always stand by.

Happy birthday Jaylen. Thanks for keeping life fun, reminding me not to take everything so seriously, and for making every day an adventure. My life would be far less of everything without you in it.
