Some closings just hit a little differently.

This amazing family trusted me to sell a home they truly loved, a home filled with memories, but one they had simply outgrown, and help them find the home that was meant for their next chapter.

They put so much work into preparing their home for sale, and it showed. We ended up selling it before it even hit the market and over asking price, a true testament to how beautifully they had cared for their home and how well they prepared it for its next family.

Then came the task of finding their next home… and, we managed to do that off market too! An incredible home that checked so many boxes for their family, without it ever hitting MLS.

This one was a few years in the making, and I’m so grateful they stuck with me and trusted me through every twist, turn, and hurdle along the way. Getting to know this family, and especially their sweet kiddos, has been one of my favourite parts of it all. I absolutely adore them.

There’s something pretty special about watching a family move from a home they loved into one that gives them the space to grow into everything that’s ahead.

Congratulations, you guys. I couldn’t be happier for your family, and I’m so grateful you trusted me and stuck with me through this entire journey. We finally did it!!
