Between 02:45 and 03:00 on 14 January, several doorbell cameras picked up someone trying the doors of all vehicles in 98 Wilson. Please keep your vehicles locked.

On Monday June 27th contractors will be starting the washing of exterior windows and installation of bird guards on the bathroom vents at 98 Wilson Drive.

The schedule will be to complete the front of the complex on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. The back of the complex will be done Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and possibly into Saturday weather permitting.

We will require that all vehicles be removed from in front of the units before 8am beginning Monday June 27th until Thursday the 30th.

Driveways can be used after 7pm each day and then vehicles must be relocated each morning before 8am.

All windows must be closed.

You may experience water coming from your bathroom fans/venting due to the snow melting off the roof.

2020 are asking that you monitor and mitigate any potential damages and please send them an email.

Attention Timberlea and Wood Buffalo neighbours! If you live on a Primary and Secondary route, watch out for on-street parking restrictions this weekend.

Crews are loading snow into trucks and removing it from the busier streets in these areas. There will be temporary no parking signs placed at locations where this work is scheduled.

Please help crews remove snow from your street and avoid being ticketed and towed by not parking on the road if there is a temporary no parking sign in place.

Winter Maintenance Subzones 3 & 4 are active Nov. 16 – 20. This means that on-street parking restrictions are in effect from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Weather permitting, Fort McMurray Property Upkeep will be applying pesticide sometime between today and Friday 19th. Signs will be posted once the work has been done. Please keep children and pets off the grass for at least 12 hours after application.
