Huge congratulations to Victoria on finding a place to call home 🏡

Buying a home is a lot like dating.

You meet a few that seem good. Some check most of the boxes. Some you really want to love. But something’s just off, and you can’t always say what.

After enough of those, you start wondering if the right one is even out there.

Then it shows up.

That’s what happened here. Victoria knew what she wanted, and we looked at a lot before we found it.

The best part was watching how connected she is to this town. The friends, the family, the people she trusts who came to showings and gave their honest opinions, it was awesome to see. Good reminder of how small Fort McMurray really is and how we all look out for each other.

Victoria is one of the most genuine, down to earth people you’ll meet. Getting to be part of this with her was a pleasure.

Keys have been handed over 🔑🏡

After the showings, the paperwork, the waiting, the wondering, and approximately 47 conversations that started with "So... what's next?", my clients officially got the keys to their new home.

And honestly, this is the best part of the job.

Not because a transaction closed. Not because a deal got done.

Because a new chapter starts today.
