Wow with interest rates going from 4.25% to 3.75% we may be in spooky season but this jump shouldn't be to scary. Don't forget to check with your mortgage agent on that pre-approval you've been holding off on it could have come up just enough more for your first or next home.

The fourth interest rate cut in a row by the Bank of Canada was a big one: the overnight lending rate has been cut 50 basis points from 4.25% to 3.75%.
