Spent yesterday with Rachel Nevers- Keller Williams Capital Realty volunteering at the New Brunswick Real Estate Board Realtors Care charity golf tournament.

I spent the day running the longest drive competition and meeting a ton of awesome people. It's always great helping out a worthy cause and networking at the same time. Also nice to come away with a new blender from the silent auction

We spend money every day on services such as Hair Stylist, Mechanics, Aestheticians, Massage Therapists etc. where you are the clients.

Would these businesses reciprocate the favour and use you to be there agent if they were selling their business or their home?

If you answered "no" then you need to either change the conversation with these businesses or find other businesses in their fields that would.

As a real estate agent you "live your trade" and are constantly prospecting, make sure you are prospecting in the best areas to grow your business especially when you are spending money.

Staying Top-of-Mind for agents is important for when potential clients decide they need real estate assistance you want to be right there, in a positive way.

This is a great example of a simple handout that adds value. Not only is it a school calendar, it's also a magnet. I know in my household I've been blindsided by non holiday, no school days. This clever piece will live in my fridge for the school year.

A few market stats for New Brunswick from CREA (The Canadian Real Estate Association).

Housing Prices are continuing to rise year-over-year so putting off buying a home for a buyer friendly market may not come any time soon. As interest rates may start to lower in the near future, it will just invite more buyers back into the market and drive up competition and costs. This creates a real estate industry to be a stable investment.
