Un Cohabitat à Gaspé, OUI… mais où prendra-t-il racine?
À la suite de plusieurs défis réglementaires et urbanistiques, nous avons pris la décision de mettre fin aux démarches pour le développement d'un Cohabitat sur le terrain de Sandy Beach, initialement identifié.
Aujourd’hui, une nouvelle étape commence : la recherche d’un nouveau site pour un Cohabitat à Gaspé.
NOUVEAU SITE, MÊME VISION
CôToît continue de porter sa mission : imaginer et soutenir de nouvelles façons d’habiter, répondre aux besoins de notre communauté et faire avancer des modèles d’habitation collectifs, humains et durables.
Nous sommes reconnaissants du soutien et de l’ouverture de plusieurs acteurs du milieu, notamment la Ville de Gaspé, la MRC de La Côte-de-Gaspé et le GRLC, qui contribuent à faire évoluer les réflexions autour de ces nouveaux modèles d’habitation.

A Cohousing Community in Gaspé, YES… but where will it take root?
Following several regulatory and planning challenges, we have made the difficult decision to end the development process for the originally identified Sandy Beach site.
Today marks the beginning of a new chapter: the search for a new location for a cohousing community in Gaspé.
NEW SITE, SAME VISION
CôToît remains committed to its mission: imagining and supporting new ways of living, responding to the needs of our community, and advancing collaborative, people-centered, and sustainable housing models.
