Progress report on NCTL Investments 32units Low rise apartment buildings, in Ottawa Overbrook neighborhood.

Our most recent meeting with the Builder team was an interesting one. We reviewed the building plans together with our dream of having lock-off suites and bigger units, AND It has paid off!!! We now have Plans for 3 Buildings with a total of 36 units instead of 32 units from 4 buildings 💃💃💃

What does this mean for us?
- More apartment units
- less development charges
- more development rebate
- Higher rental income
- Bigger Luxury units for our target tenant profile

Carine and I are learning and growing with our team on this project! We enjoy being able to show our creative sides and seeing how much we can achieve with continuous brainstorming of our ideas.

We continue to get support from our Mentor Carina Guzmán 🙏
