Each color has a symbolic meaning. The blue key represents Confidence, the red key represents Canada and the third key represents Money and Success.

Thank you for coming to our new page for SoNice Investments. We're still finalizing our branding, for those of you who know Liza she has a beautiful accent and when she says So Nice.... It's really soonice, so that's the direction we're going in.

Before we started on this new journey with our real estate coach and mentor Alfonso Cuadra, I had already started our journey, but I was doing it the hard way. Sometimes those lessons are the best learned ones.

I bought a house to flip in Smith's Falls over a YEAR ago (eyes rolling), but I didn't have the time or connections to really get it going as fast as it should have been.

Here's some photos of how it looked when I/we purchased it.

Since these initial pictures we've rebuilt the whole back half of the house, and gutted all the plaster and lath. The house is almost completely reframed, has new windows and soon will have a new heating, plumbing and electrical system.
