Since the beginning of this year, you may have noticed that Tracy and I have stepped away from posting about the monthly and annual awards we receive. There are a couple of reasons for that.
First, the real estate industry has faced some significant headwinds since 2025. We know many great REALTORS® have been navigating a challenging market, and celebrating our own success sometimes felt like rubbing salt in someone else's wounds.
Second, there are so many industry awards today, some earned, some purchased that we realize most people outside of real estate (and often even outside our own franchise) don't know what they represent or why they matter.
More importantly, awards have never been our focus.
𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 to our clients, friends, and family from our very first conversation through closing day and often long after the keys have changed hands.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝘂𝘀 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗮 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿.
That said, several people have encouraged us not to shy away from sharing these milestones. They reminded us that hard work, consistency, and dedication are worth acknowledging, and that our achievements can give current and future clients confidence in the people they're choosing to represent them.
So, with that in mind, we're grateful 🙏 to share that Tracy and I have qualified for the RE/MAX 1 Million Club for the months of April, May, and June 2026.
To every client who placed their trust in us, referred us to someone they care about, or simply supported and encouraged us along the way, thank you. These achievements are every bit as much yours as they are ours, and we never take that trust for granted.
