Come walk with me while I hand-deliver postcards to specific homes here in Georgetown.

The work I’m doing takes time.
It’s a long process.

This isn’t about dropping a flyer and hoping for a call.
It’s about getting homeowners to opt in, so I can learn who they are, what they’re thinking, and whether a move might be coming this year.

At the same time, I’m working with buyers who are actively looking for homes just like these.

My job is to connect the two.

Postcard → opt-in → conversation → match with a buyer → a home changes hands.

That walk alone took about an hour. It was cold, my glasses died before I could wrap the video but this is the part of real estate that still matters.

I don’t think the goal is to chase the algorithm.
I think the goal is to be the algorithm.

Be the source.
Be the matchmaker.
Walk the talk.

That’s what today was about.
