2025 stats are in, and I’m proud of what they meant for my clients.

In 2025, on average my clients saw:

• Sellers earn more money per property compared to similar listings

That’s what matters.

Being a solo agent lets me work directly with my clients and stay involved in every part of the process — strategy, pricing, negotiations, and timing. In a market like 2025, that made a real difference.
