2024 property tax assessments are out. Modest changes in general in the lower mainland: from -5% to +5% according to BC Assessment authority. Sechelt has one of largest decreases on the Coast at -6%, with Gibsons at -4% on average. You have until January 31st to appeal yours if you disagree with it.
