L-CSI We are the Sunshine Coast Regional Property Managers acting on behalf of M'akola Rural & Native Housing Society.

Rural & Native Housing (RNH) has 19 homes from Gibsons to Egmont & 17 homes in Powell River. Being First Nations is not a requirement to apply, however, all applicants with FN ancestry will get higher priority points. Some of the houses are coming off of government subsidy and are being rented at an economy rent rate. Majority of the houses are still under subsidy and the rent is calculated by 30%

of annual income. To apply for subsidized housing print off an application form and submit to be placed on the waitlist.
