Hi friends, my trattoria idea didn't take off and thats ok, now I know! I put significant time and effort into the idea but not in vain, as the nice upgrades to the space serve it well to transition it back into a pizzeria. Adding counter service for take out, eat in and delivery brings it back to where I started. When I purchased Venice Pizza, 20 years ago, I was steadfast in my conviction of using quality fresh ingredients and adhering to the original recipes and preparation methods. I take pride in getting the original recipes right and being the best we can be. All of the recipes we use are the original Venice Pizza recipes and I have started the process of changing back to Venice Pizza, to better reflect what we are. I look forward to earning back Venice customers with our delicious pizza and pasta.
