Happy Thanksgiving, Golden 🍂

I'm feeling extra thankful this year. It's been a full season: kids' activities, busy days with clients, and so many buyers and sellers I've had the chance to work with. So many good things happening, and I don't take any of it for granted.

Thank you for trusting me, sending friends my way, and making this community such a good place to live and work.

The short version: Golden isn't a buyer's market or a seller's market right now. It's a selective one. Homes are still selling, but buyers are taking their time and waiting for the right value.

I may have missed wishing everyone a happy last day of summer yesterday… but I did manage to spend it doing one of my favourite things. Out exploring our backyard with a pretty great view along the way. ☀️🏔️

Days like this are always a good reminder of just how lucky we are to live where we do.

I spend a lot of time talking about homes and real estate around Golden, but the lifestyle is a pretty big part of why people choose to call this place home too. Mountains, trails, rivers, waterfalls… there is always somewhere to go and somehow still somewhere new to discover.

Seventy-four acres overlooking the Columbia Valley Wetlands, with views that don’t quit 🏞️
