Always happy to lend a hand, wearing many hats, and never missing a chance to celebrate—with a smile that lights up the room—that’s our Danyelle. Today, we celebrate her as our Keller Williams Capital Realty Cultural Icon for March.

She began her journey as Director of First Impressions and has grown into so many roles since, each one embraced with dedication, grace, and heart. Danyelle meets every new challenge with a level of care and precision that sets a standard we all admire.

She isn’t afraid to speak up for what she believes is right, and just as importantly, she always makes time to listen, support, and lift others up.

And when you ask her why she shows up the way she does, her answer is both honest and inspiring. She shares that while it can sometimes feel impossible not to see the world through a negative lens, she chooses instead to focus on the good in people—their kindness, their thoughtfulness, and the ways they show up for one another. She believes even the smallest gesture can create a ripple effect far beyond what we see—and if she can have that kind of impact on even one person, she knows she’s done something right.

It’s such a pleasure to celebrate our February Keller Williams Cultural Icon — Christa Ryan.

When asked why she gives so generously of herself, her answer was simple: “To make a positive difference, however big or small.” And if you know Christa, you know that’s not just something she says — it’s how she lives.

Christa has a radiance that fills a room. Her smile is infectious, her presence calming, and her heart unmistakable. From nursing to real estate, her purpose has always been the same: to help people. She walks alongside her clients with compassion, integrity, and unwavering support.

She also leads by example in our office — heading up our Moncton KW Cares efforts and our annual Red Day initiatives, reminding us what culture in action truly looks like.

At the center of it all is her fierce love for her family and her partnership with her husband and business partner, Brent. Together, they lead with heart. The values she pours into her girls — including “Be the reason someone smiled today” — are the same values she brings to all of us.

Christa measures success not by numbers, but by the good she brings into the world. And that is true cultural leadership.

Christa, thank you for your light, your leadership, and the positive difference you make in all of our lives.

Today we are proud to celebrate our January 2026 KW Capital Realty Cultural Icon, Lacey Porter.

Lacey truly embodies the spirit of collaboration — especially when it comes to lifting other women up so we can all reach new heights, both personally and professionally. Before entering real estate, Lacey was a successful business owner in the wedding and events industry, where she honed the skills that now allow her to create highly personalized and meaningful real estate journeys for her clients.

Never one to shy away from doing it all, Lacey has made an incredible impact within our community. She founded the KWeens group for the ladies of Keller Williams Capital, hosted her first annual Mom Prom, created the Mom-unity Group on social media, serves on the Board of Directors for 100 Women Who Care, and — one of my personal favourites — launched the Recycled Santa program, which helped over 100 families this past Christmas and is expanding into Moncton and the Miramichi this year.

Lacey is deeply grateful that Keller Williams encourages individuality and thinking outside the box — values she lives every single day. And I am incredibly grateful to call her a friend.
