INTERESTED RENTERS

Due to the high volume of phone calls, I am unable to return messages. I have no apts available at this time nor do I foresee any in the near future. I have a long wait list and won’t be taking any more names at the moment.

Volkswagen's new PowerCo gigafactory in St. Thomas, Ontario is the largest manufacturing investment in Canadian history, with up to $7 billion committed to building the company’s biggest battery plant on Earth.

Spanning an area the size of 210 football fields, the facility will produce enough next-gen batteries to power one million EVs a year, using cutting-edge technology that puts Canada at the centre of global battery innovation.

With $200 billion in projected economic impact, 3,000 direct jobs, and tens of thousands more across the supply chain, this project secures Canada’s role as a clean energy and tech powerhouse for generations.
