With great difficulty, we’ve come to the decision that our restaurant, Compass Rose, will not be open this summer season (2024) to the general public. This is due to nearby construction activities, which is beyond our control. We will continue offering breakfast to our in-house guests and additionally for our in-house guests only, we will offer dinner upon request.

To our Guests and Friends

Our heart goes out to anyone who has been impacted by the latest Coronavirus, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick. Our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery.

We are truly inspired by the selfless healthcare and essential service workers around the world who are on the front lines working tirelessly to care for people in need and supporting us all to do our part in combatting COVID-19.

While we are hopeful to welcome you to Grand Manan this summer, we understand it may be longer before we transition into the “new normal”. With this in mind, all reservations are still confirmed, until we learn more about future conditions required for travel and business.

If we haven’t already, we will be reaching out to you directly about your 2020 reservation. We are doing everything possible to ensure we can resume operations as soon as it is safe and logistically practical to do so.

Please call us at any time. The current physical distancing places no limits on our ability to connect with you by phone and email. We’re always happy answer any questions you have. And of course, you don’t have to have a question, just call! We’d love to connect!
