In April, 156 homes sold with an average price of $334,390. That's a 21% jump in sales from April 2023! 📈 Year-to-date, we've seen 426 homes sold compared to 368 last year. The average price is also up from $314,959. 🏡

In June 2022, 157 homes were sold in the city, down from the 169 sold in June 2021. The average residential sale price in June was $346,961, a 10% increase from June 2021.

Year-to-date, 893 homes have sold in the city, a 15% increase from the same period last year.
