📊 Grande Prairie Market Update: June vs. July 🏡

The July stats are in! Here is how the local real estate market shifted as we moved through the summer:

🏷️ Average Price Ticked Up: July’s average sell price reached $406,000, up from $400,000 in June.

📦 More Inventory Choice: Months of inventory crept up to 1.89 months (compared to 1.59 in June), giving buyers slightly more options on the market.

🏡 Sales Modest Slowdown: We saw 141 listings sold in July, down from 165 sales in June—a typical mid-summer pacing shift!

The Bottom Line? Prices remain steady and resilient, while a slight rise in inventory gives buyers a bit more breathing room. However, with under 2 months of inventory overall, Grande Prairie continues to hold strong in seller-favorable territory!
