I always try to run a tight ship in my real estate business, but the truth is, protecting my energy has been a learned skill.

In this industry, there are just some things that are too "expensive" to keep around. Some of these non-negotiables came naturally to me, but others? I definitely had to learn them the hard way through trial, error, and burnout. Letting go of the need to do everything completely alone and refusing to compromise my family time have been game-changers for how I show up for my clients.

There is always room to keep improving, but these boundaries are here to stay!
