A property listed for only 4 days in this uncertain market attracted 3 offers and essentially sold at asking with no conditions and the closing date the sellers wanted.
How did this happen?
The Rossman Team:
- Provided critical staging recommendations, which got the house ready for the market. This in turn meant that Perfectly Painted MUSKOKA was brought in to do some minor painting and the homeowners worked diligently to declutter
- Recommended a pre-home inspection as the house is 125 years old. Keith Piette of Pillar to Post home inspections did a comprehensive review producing a 75 page page report. The only major thing that needed to be done, as the house had been expertly renovated by A &L Home Improvements, was to put a firewall between the house and the garage. Not required in an older build, but recommended. Trevor Stiles contracting quickly and professionally installed the fire retardant drywall to make that happen
- Analyzed the market, invited other realtors to view the property and from all this set a list price that buyers would see as fair
- Then put their marketing machine to work!

Sold before we even got to MLS!

We had listed it exclusively for less than 2 weeks. It sold at the competitive price the Seller’s were asking and the closing date they wanted and without conditions.
 
How did this happen?
 
We brought in:
- our stager and then the Seller’s family pulled together to purge the 3400 sq ft house of anything that detracted from it’s presentation
- our painter and cleaning team
– our extensive connections in the south Muskoka real estate market to show them the property.
 
More details to follow but know our Sellers were thrilled with the results and ease of their sale. In fact, they were away on a holiday out of the country and we managed the presentation of the property and they signed the sale remotely.
