🚨WE'RE HIRING CONSTRUCTION LABOURERS🚨

Gobbo Contracting Inc is hiring construction labourers for:

🔹 Waterproofing
🔹 House Raising
🔹 Excavation
🔹 Demolition

📍 Sudbury & Surrounding Areas

This is physically demanding work with early mornings, late nights, long days, weekend work, and outdoor work in all weather conditions.

💰 STARTING PAY $25/hr

🔨 RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Waterproofing and foundation work
- Excavation and demolition
- Mixing cement and parging
- Manual labour (shovelling, raking, lifting materials)
- Loading/unloading materials and equipment
- Operating tools and assisting with equipment operation
- Maintaining a clean and safe job site

✅ MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 1 year construction experience
- Ability to read a measuring tape
- Valid driver's license with clean driver's abstract
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Physically strong and capable of lifting 50 lbs repeatedly
- Able to work long hours in all weather conditions
- Punctual, reliable, and able to follow direction

🔧 ASSETS:

- Waterproofing, excavation, or foundation experience
- Equipment operation experience
- Trailer towing and backing
- Power tool experience
- WHMIS certification
- Mechanically inclined

Due to the extreme snowfall and overwhelming demand, we have adjusted our operations to stay efficient and continue servicing as many properties as possible.

At this time, we are accepting service requests for New Sudbury and Minnow Lake only.

If you are outside of these areas, please do not submit a request. Requests outside of New Sudbury and Minnow Lake will be deleted until we announce we are ready to service your area.

Due to the extremely high volume of snow and service requests, we have adjusted our operations to focus on the areas we can service most efficiently.

At this time we are prioritizing New Sudbury and Minnow Lake only, with an estimated service time of 1–2 days.

We will begin servicing the remainder of Sudbury within approximately 2–4 days, as equipment becomes available.

Please note that Gobbo Contracting is primarily a commercial snow removal company. While we offer on-demand services to help our community during major storms, we must first focus on fulfilling our commitments to our seasonal contract clients.
