All good things must come to an end!🥹
After a busy military career🫡🇨🇦 and six wonderful years running Bradbury Home Inspections🔎🏠, we have made the decision to close our doors and move back home to Cape Breton🎻 to be closer to our family💝. We will be conducting our final inspection on 29 May 2026, and we are already fully booked between now and then. These past six years have been an absolute joy, and we will cherish the memories forever🫶. We cannot thank our amazing clients, realtors, friends, and family enough for your endless support, trust, and encouragement🙏. It has been a true privilege to help you all on your real estate adventures!..now...where did I put that hammock? 🤔😎☀️

***FYI: all inspection reports will be kept on an external hard drive for five years and then will be permanently deleted at that time***

‼️Please be advised‼️: Bradbury Home Inspections will NOT tolerate disrespect, belligerence, or abuse towards myself and especially the realtors and other service providers with whom I collaborate while helping clients through their real estate endeavours. If you yell at or are disrespectful towards myself or a realtor, septic inspector, the lab we use for the water tests, etc, I WILL contact your chain of command and I WILL yell at you back! Don't be a dick. Myself, the realtors, and all the service providers pride ourselves on working together to make military relocations as smooth as possible for our shared clients. If you have a legitimate complaint, be a grown up and go through proper channels, don't be an entitled jerk who attempts to use their power over those who are just trying to help you. That's not the way to make good relationships with your new community. Everyone has bad days, sure. But when someone has made multiple comments and your behaviour and general attitude start to show a pattern of behaviour, that will not be tolerated. be an adult.

Just a friendly reminder that you will get an extra hour of sleep tonight, as we lose more daylight and clocks fall back ⏰ ⏮️

When changing your clocks, check your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, change your batteries if necessary, ensure they are working and they aren’t expired!

Most detectors are good for 10 years but batteries need to replaced regularly. Always check the manufacturer's expiration date printed on the unit to ensure your detector isn’t expired!

These crucial devices do save lives and provide early detection in the event of a fire or exposure.

Having working smoke alarms, save lives!
