It's Grandma’s house…You’ll know it when you walk through the door and get hit with the smell of perfume, moth balls and boiled cabbage 😍🏡
Yes!! That's my favorite. Because Grandma maintains her house…yes the carpet is likely a shade of green that is best suited for the funeral parlor but you know what? That carpet has likely been steam cleaned professionally every single spring. 🧹🧺
Her kitchen is outdated but the heating system has been meticulously maintained and serviced every year. 🧽🪴
Grandma's walls are pepto bismol pink but that roof, it's no nowhere near the life expectancy and last time it was done she paid for the best of the best. 🛠️🪜
You can guarantee that Grandmas basement doesn’t leak when you see the labeled boxes of family photos,and vintage clothes she just knew would come back in style. 💕✨
So while you will have to do some updating, Grandma is at the top for home maintenance on big ticket items. 🏡💕
So there you have it, perhaps my best kept secret… Grandmas house, thats the one!
