Abbie and I are hosting a FREE pet photoshoot at the office on Sunday, July 12th! 📸🐾

We wanted to do something fun to catch up with our friends, family, and clients, and honestly, what’s better than an afternoon hanging out with your pets?

Whether you have a dog, a cat, or a pocket pet, we’d love to see you there.

Here are the details:
📅 Sunday, July 12th from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
📍 Royal LePage Royal City Realty (30 Edinburgh Rd N, Guelph)
🍿 Snacks, refreshments, and lots of treats provided!

Because we want this to be a fun, stress-free day for every animal, we are booking everything in private 15-minute slots. That way, if your pup (or other pet) gets a little anxious around other pets, they can have the space all to themselves (we can even arrange a separate entrance for them so they can walk right on in!).

While the photos are completely free, we’re asking anyone who is able to bring an unopened package of dog food to donate to . If that’s a barrier for you right now, please don’t sweat it at all, we genuinely just want to see you and your pet, so please still come!

NEWS RELEASE: GUELPH, ON (June 29, 2026) - With summer temperatures now here, the Guelph Humane Society (GHS) is reminding the public that leaving pets unattended in parked vehicles, even for a few minutes, can quickly become fatal.

GHS is urging the public to:
- Leave pets at home during errands or outings where they cannot accompany you indoors
- Never leave pets unattended in parked vehicles, even briefly
- Plan ahead when travelling with pets to ensure they can remain cool and safe
- Call 911 immediately if an animal appears to be in immediate distress inside a vehicle
