For years, I have spoken about these dynamics to consumers in person, but never publicly shared them.
These are undeniable facts, and colleagues have called me a “discount agent” with the idea being that they are somehow more effective than me. What they’re better at, is simply tricking you into believe if we provide so much more value than we do, so that you pay the highest rates
I do NOT need $25,000 to list a home when premium photos/videos & top-notch staging only cost me $4000. I don’t have multitudes of systems that require massive investments, I get my business through honesty, transparency, and treating this like a fiduciary - the way it truly should be done.
And in 6 years, I have a 100% success rate. I have NEVER had a listing expire or terminate. Ask your high-volume agent how many they’ve had that didn’t sell, and ask them why they were unable to sell those homes. Those are the real questions to ask when selecting your agent, and you should ask me them as well.
