Nope…..this is NOT your glamorous HEY 🙌 look at me and my latest new listing post but…..this is a post MORE than worthwhile reading about 💓

This is the face and story of GRIT, DETERMINATION, STRENGTH, ENDURANCE and most of all HOPE 🎉

Kim and I started working together almost 2 years ago on her home BUYING journey. We were pounded down much more than once with disappointment losing in competition, lenders unscrupulous ever changing demands, the rising interest rates here in Ontario, the lipstick covering up some seriously shoddy workmanship of homes and the list goes on. Amidst all this we had a blast together, many many laughs 😂 were had and a bond formed in friendship 👯‍♂️ oh and also my teenage daughter now has a new hair stylist Kim who works highlights beautifully!!

As of this past weekend our perseverance paid off and Kim UNLOCKED 🔑 that beautiful blue door to her very own and only hers, home in Cambridge, Ontario.

Congratulations 🎊 Kim does not even begin to describe how incredibly proud I am of this fierce yet kind woman.

When you wanted to give up, I wouldn’t let you, I guided you back. When I wanted to give up, you wouldn’t let me, you guided me back (yes this happens to Realtors the burnout can be real and most often hidden in the shadows to beautiful homes and insta worthy likes). This is team work and knowing how to ebb and flow together, to be there for each other when the going got tough 😅. I not only have a new client added to my repertoire but I have also have gained a friend that I will forever be grateful for having met and worked with. I am looking forward to having a Kim cooked meal over the best most rewarding glass of red 🍷in the cozy living room that I know you are going to make feel like “home” 🏡
